It is necessary to create a 960x9600 video format, but it is impossible to set a resolution of more than 8192 pixels
As of right now, it is straight up a limitation of shotcut.
You can’t go anything above 8k.
At this point, you should look out for other softwares that support above 8k while being free. I don’t know of any except paid ones.
Or just wait to see if dan or brian (the developers) have something to help you with.
If you really want a editor that can do that on the go, then you can use flame, it’s super expensive, hard to learn, which would require you to sell of one/both (some more might be better 
) of your kidneys to buy it…
