I don’t know what I’ve done wrong, I tried exporting my videos but it always comes up as this white paper file. I did use mp4 but it just doesnt become a video.

I suspect because you are exporting with a codec that your system does not support.
As a test, select H264 baseline profile and name the video what ever you want but make sure it has a mp4 extension.
Let us know.
It may be leaving the extension off when it makes the file, if you add .mp4 to the end of that file your system should recognize it as a video.
