My video is taking a very long time to render. 0-99% of the time it took about an hour to render, and the last 45 seconds have been rendering for 13 hours. The activity log keeps adding the same action: [link swresample] 2(stereo) f32le 48000Hz → 6(5.1) f32le 48000Hz
I’m attaching the log. I’ve reduced its size by deleting the last entries, which are the same. The activity log is now 78,868 characters long, 76.3 MB in size, and still growing. I’m wondering if the program has gotten stuck in a loop, or if I can still finish rendering the video? Please help.
It appears to be stuck in a loop from your description. After opening the project, try changing Settings > Audio Channels to 2 to see if it makes a difference.
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, after changing the audio from 5.1 to stereo, the rendering froze again at 99% (43 seconds left to render). The log entries look different
Try changing the duration a little. You can extend or reduce a last clip or use a range marker to use with Export > From. Also, provide the export settings. The easiest way is to state the export preset or if changed, right click the export job, choose View XML, and copy the first 3 lines to here.
Thanks, problem solved. I located the file that was causing the problem (I don’t really know why). I marked it with an arrow. I replaced it with a different file, and the entire video is now rendering correctly.
