What is your operating system?
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

What is your Shotcut version (see Help > About Shotcut)? Is it 32-bit?

Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?

The LEFT and RIGHT keys move the position in the timeline to the next or previous frame

Version 20.9.27 - When editing a filter, the keys still move the position in the timeline. It’s OK.

Version 20.10.31 - When editing a filter, the keys do not move the position in the timeline, but the cursor to the filter item. I have to click the mouse on the timeline to move the position in the timeline again using the keys.

Not a bug in 20.10.31
Fixed the bug in 20.9.27

Fixed moving the cursor in filter fields may move playhead.
