Me gustaría saber si es posible modificar la velocidad de una imagen, no de un video.
Necesito hacer que una imagen que aparece de un tamaño pequeño a más grande (mediante rotar y escalar), aparzeca lentamente.

Yes, this can be done fairly simply:
Create a video track.
Open an image file (e.g. .jpeg) and drag it as a clip onto the track.
Grab the right-hand edge of the clip and drag it, extending its playing time for as long as you want the clip to show.
Position the the beginning of the clip.
Open the Size & Position filter (I prefer the rotate and scale if I am just scaling).
Click the keyframe symbol (circular arrow) and set your small size.
Position to the end of the clip and set your large size.
rewind the clip and play it to see it is as you want.

Basically to slow down the transition from small to large you have to increase the length of time for which the image is displayed e.g. by grabbing the right-hand edge of the clip and dragging it further to the right.
Básicamente, para ralentizar la transición de pequeño a grande, debe aumentar el tiempo durante el cual se muestra la imagen, p. agarrando el borde derecho del clip y arrastrándolo más hacia la derecha.
Si lo entiendo, si aumento el tiempo de la imagen el efecto de ralentizar dicha imagen se aprecia muy bien, pero en este caso en particular, quiero que la imagen vaya acorde con el audio y como son sólo 3s no quiero aumentar el tiempo de ésta, por eso mi duda al respecto.

Ah, I understand now. I’m afraid I do not know how it could be achieved then. If you have a fixed time and a fixed change in size, then the rate of change is fixed. e.g 10cm over 5s is 2cm/s. The only way you could get 1cm/s would be either to increas the time to 10s, or change the size to only 5cm.
You could try to use advanced keyframes for example to start the change fast then progress to a slower rate, or vice versa. But I don’t know how this would look on your video.
Ah, ahora entiendo. Me temo que no sé cómo podría lograrse entonces. Si tiene un tiempo fijo y un cambio fijo es el tamaño, entonces la tasa de cambio es fija. Por ejemplo, 10 cm sobre 5s es 2 cm/s. La única forma de obtener 1cm/s sería aumentar el tiempo a 10s o cambiar el tamaño a solo 5cm.
Podría intentar usar fotogramas clave avanzados, por ejemplo, para comenzar el cambio rápidamente y luego avanzar a una velocidad más lenta, o viceversa. Pero no sé cómo se vería esto en tu video.
