Variable mouse pointer size in Loudness Scope

What is your operating system?
Linux Ubuntu Studio 20.10 (Plasma Desktop)

What is your Shotcut version (see Help > About Shotcut)? Is it 32-bit?
version 21.03.21 - 64 bits

Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?
(Please be specific and use the names as seen in Shotcut, preferably English. Include a screenshot or screen recording if you can. Also, you can attach logs from either View > Application Log or right-click a job and choose View Log.)

I changed the cursor size for better visualization of the cursor.
The cursor size becomes small inside Shotcut, except in a particular area of the loudness meter.
Attached is a video showing the problem.

I had noticed a similarly odd behavior, not with the cursor in the Loudness, but with several of the Video meters. They seem to be implemented not as windows like the Playlist window, but rather as popups, and as such they share behavior with system popups.

For example, since Print Screen (the PrtScr key) is itself a popup, these meters disappear when the Print Screen popup is showing.

I say “similar”, because they all seem to hinge on calling in a “system” function, most likely popup, in their implementation, and as such they behave in some ways more like system windows than as parts of the Shotcut app.
