How can I update my Shotcut to the latest version without losing my custom keyboard shotcuts?

You should probably wait for one of the developers to confirm, but according to this discussion, you shouldn’t loose your custom keyboard shortcuts after updating Shotcut. Even if it is a portable version.
Update does not remove settings unless you click a relevant checkbox, only in the Windows installer.
