Mp4 minimal is 25 fps
I make video with images + audio, do not need high fps.
Can low fps output low video size ?
If you want low FPS you have to set Video Mode to low fps then you can also export it.
But if you want low video size you can use the preset “Slide Deck”, it will create very small size files by default. If you need smaller, you can lower the quality even more.
Settings - Video Mode - Custom - Add 720P@1FPS.
720P@25FPS full CPU usage, video size 135MB.
720P@1FPS has a low CPU usage, but video size 168MB is bigger !
Preset [Slide Deck] + 720P@1FPS has 28MB is what I needed !

Heh, I did not expect that, I knew going from 60 to 30 fps isn’t a big difference because all those intermediary frames are very easy to compress as they are very similar, but did not expect an increase when going to 1fps.
Glad the slidedeck is working for you, it’s specifically made for mostly static/multi-image videos.
FPS can not < 1, like 0.1, 0.01, what I need more.
