I installed the shotcut update from flatpak, installed the new KDE, and everything works. Thanks for solving the problem! This issue is no longer relevant.
Running directly from appimage (shotcut-linux-x86_64-250816.AppImage on Linux Mint 22.1 XFCE) solved for me!
I can confirm that, on Debian 13, the Shotcut flatpak automatically updated with this fix, and the problem is resolved. Thanks, Dan!!
