I went into the properties of a clip that was approx. 10 seconds long in hopes to slow it down speed wise and it crashed every time without fail. This is the error I had:

There was a fix for this in version 20.09 (latest), but you did not state what you are using. If you are using the latest version 20.09.27 then try using Properties > Convert on this file.
