Hi All! This is my explanation of how to trim videos (start and ends of clips) for beginners. Hope it helps if you’re just getting started!

If you want to losslessly cut. Use avidemux. The start has to be a B-frame (?). But the end can be any frame.
That is not the point of this video, but if one wants that Shotcut has extract sub-clip in the Properties’ menu.
Actually it needs to be a key frame, which B most definitely is not.
