Transitions not working in composite mode with GPU enabled

If I try to export file with transitions it fails with exit code 11

Just exported a file 3 times with different transitions and all exported fine.

Also for some reason I can’t use Text effect with GPU enabled.

The text issue was covered and solved here.

Text filter disappears

Running Shotcut 17.08.01 Windows 10. There seems to be a bug in this version of Shotcut. When GPU processing is enabled the text filter disappears when GPU processing is disabled the text filter reappears.
