Transitioning to clip in another track

Hi, new to the forum and kind a new to shotcut. I’ve done videos in the past put this one all my clips have been on the same time line. THis one I have clips in different timeline that all have to sync up with the main audio track. I am trying to do a transition from video one to video 2 without it just being cut. Like a fade fade/ dissolve transition. Is there a way to do that? (See yutube lonk below)

You can add Fade-In and/or Fade-Out directly on the clips.

Or you can go to Filters > Video and choose Fade In Video or Fade Out Video
