Continue editing what I’ve done in Shotcut in SonyVega ?

You could try the EDL export from ShotCut and add the edl file to the folder with the sourcefiles before trying to open it in Vegas. From what I can read around the web, Vegas should be able to import edl files in the CMX 3600 format, which is what ShotCut exports.
