I added a filter to the whole track, not to a single clip.
The filter works correctly, but after 10 minutes and 50 seconds it stops working, even inside the editor.
If I resize the video on the entire track (with the filter applied to the track), all clips are correctly affected until 10:50.
After that point, everything on the track behaves as if the filter isn’t applied at all.
Use a text clip instead of filter on track. I did not reproduce the problem in version 25.10 on Windows.
You did not state your Shotcut version, specify the exact filter, or provide steps.

For some reason I thought you were using a text filter, hence the text clip suggestion. You probably need to extend the track filter. The following applies to track filters too
