Toggling zoom to other levels causes the mask bounding box to off position

Toggle the zoom to a scale greater than Zoom Fit (e.g., 100%), then select other filters, and select the mask filter again. Notice the mask box is off position (or even goes out of view). It can be repositioned back to where it should be by moving the zoom location.
