Present in 26.4.30 (also in 26.6 beta/nightlies) / Windows 10
Basically the “audio track’s” “visibility” can be toggled by the action and if the clip there has video, it will somehow be shown above everything else even though the audio track is “below”).
To reproduce with generated colours:
- add a Pink colour clip to the timeline on an audio track (or an .mp4 that contains video) → the preview correctly shows black
- add a Blue color clip on V1 track, make sure it overlaps (=is on top of) the clip from step1 → all good so far, we can see the Blue colour
- Alt+click on the eye icon on V1 → this “toggles” the visibility of A1 and the “video” from that clip on A1 suddenly shows on top of every other video track → so we basically see Pink now
(and it’s also the same in export)
Workaround: toggle the visibility again or hide the video (in the audio track) with transparency or disable video in properties
Note: if you’re wondering why am I using video clips on an audio track: I’m using the audio from a different clip so I just dragged that one below the video (without doing detach audio)
