Not sure if this was in older versions, you can enter the parameters you want freely and resize it by the handles freely also.
Pure speculation.
So you want to export a video that is 792x408.
All of your source video and images are all at 792x408.
Then you need a custom video mode at the same.
Once created you have to go back and just select it from Custom.
Lucky me. I could delete the image. I don’t need it. I have found, that the part from video which I needed to extend to video is more than 2 frames long! It was about 20 seconds and I needed just 10s. So now finished and exporting!
