Hi Please forgive me if this is a dumb question
I go from zero to full zoom and it is not changing the timeline
the timeline stays at 1 tick every 0.20 seconds
Am I doing something wrong?
I want to cut off a little from the start and a little from the end of the video.

You are not showing the Timeline. You are showing and seeing the time ruler for the Source player. Timeline Zoom does not affect or control that. You can see the zoom controls are inside the window for Timeline: it only controls that. There is no way to change the zoom for the time ruler of the Source player,
Can you recommend a tutorial on how to just cut the beginning and ending of a video
I had tried the program losslesscut and it would never cut the video at the exact position
i set it to cut.
