Since the new update i cant seem to get on the timeline, it keeps crashing ( not responding) and i have to completely shut it all down. I’ve tried unistalling and reinstalling nothing seems to help. now the time line comes up black and i can’t add anything to it with out it shutting the program down.

I’ve had problems with 17.10 also.
I tried going back to previous versions and it still crashed, i kept going back till 17.06
OK, in that case it’s something local to your machine.
Reboot, run a malware scan and update your GPU drivers.
Still didn’t work, it crashed again.
I still need help!!!
