Timecode: set start TC

Hi,

How does one set the timecode of a specific frame? I’d like to set the first frame of programme ot 10:00:00:00 to make it easy to find. Slate and Bars appear before the start, so for ease, I’d like to set the playhead to frame 1 of programme and then assign the TC value.
