I downloaded the shotcut a week ago, I made a video and everything worked fine until I made another video, and when it was time to export there was no image, but when it came to editing
there was the image, does anyone know how to fix it?

Does “no image” mean black or white or green sceeen?
What was the export format? Was hardware encoding turned on?
Was the entire video affected or just a segment?
What version of Shotcut are you using, and Windows/Linux/Mac?

the export format was 2160x1440 and 1920x1080, I tried both
hardware encryption has been enabled
and I’m using the windows version
The image is from the video that worked (right) and what didn’t (left)
Using hardware encoding has been known to cause such problems in the past. Try un-setting the Hardware Encoding option and try again. Let us know the result.
