Shotcut (version 26.1.30) is an amazing video editor! I used it to edit a video that received an Honorable Mention in an AI video contest. I really appreciate that Shotcut runs so smoothly even on my low-spec Windows 10 PC, which I bought for just $120 a few years ago! Thank you for developing such a wonderful video editor!
Cool video. Thanks for sharing!
Hi @going, and welcome to the forum.
Nice action packed video.
I’d be curious to see a screen capture showing the entire timeline. It’s hard to imagine how much editing is required in these kind of videos. I bet that’s a lot.
Thank you for your reply! When I first tried Shotcut, I was impressed by how intuitive and easy to use its interface and controls (including keyboard shortcuts) were!
Hi MusicalBox, thank you for watching my video! The attached screenshot shows the project open in the latest version (26.9.27). There are 101 video and music assets in total, with lots of cuts. I originally planned to make a 2-minute video, but I had so much fun using Shotcut and editing that it ended up being 3 minutes long! Haha!
Thank you for the screen capture. I like your layout. Very clean and free of distracting stuff.
Good work
