Text timeline wont follow the transparent background color when Splitting

Problem with text filters + GPU Effects

Linux Mint 21.2 Cinnamon How to recreate the problem: I’m creating text:simple (this problem also exists in text:rich), I cut the track into several pieces and change the text in each. During playback, the text changes normally, as it should be. But if I create a path under the text with color, the text will stop changing, the same thing if the project is rendered.
