I tried to replicate your issue with Text: Rich typing out the same text you did on a video and it only gave me issues in the exported file when I had Parallel Processing on. This bug is fixed for the next version 20.10. I added an Overflow parameter that be set as: Automatic, Visible, or Hidden. I also fixed the bug exporting with parallel processing that was reported elsewhere.

has only been partially fixed. The Parallel Processing bug comes back if a clip with Text: Rich is interacting with another Text: Rich filter. That means the bug comes back if one clip has more that one Text: Rich filter or if two separate clips that each have the filter are placed one after another or one on top of the other. The Parallel Processing bug is even an issue if one clip has both Text: Rich and Text: Simple.
