It is not in filter list. I use last Shotcut version in Debian Testing.
Arg! I don’t understand. My version seems to be 24.04.30, installed from unstable and there is no Text Rich filter
A lot of Linux users use one of the builds we make available on our Download page. There are often problems with the distro packages. Flatpak is probably the next most convenient option. You can report the problem with the package provider. With that said, the Debian’s unstable is 24.04.28. You would need to track down where you got that version.

I know. Package version is 24.04.28, but if I open the “about Shotcut”, it reads 24.04.30. I suppose it is a meanless error.
