The Text Quality is bad now, it was fine before, what happened?

It looks like you have enabled Preview Scaling

This only affect the quality in the Preview panel. When you export your project, the text will be fine.

Keyboard shortcut for Preview Scaling:
F6 = None.
F7 = 360p
F8 = 540p
F9 = 720p

You can also go to Settings > Preview Scaling
