I love Shotcut however the Text feature is somewhat limited and doesnt allow for “Fancy” titles unlike many other Video Editing apps.
Once I have completed a project I go into an app called Photopad and add text however it is somewhat limited as well.
What do others do to add “Flair” to projects??
It depends on how fancy you need your text to be.
On their own, the 2 Shotcut text filters might seem limited. But you can add other filters to add drop shadows, outlines, gradient, deformation etc…

You are probably not taking advantage of all text options. There is more than just Simple and Rich text plus filters. The Drawing/Animation and Image/Video from HTML generators include text.
