Text filter: adding more than 23 filters makes the last filter unselectable

What is your operating system?
Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS

What is your Shotcut version (see Help > About Shotcut)? Is it 32-bit?

Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?

  1. Import new video file.
  2. Add first rich text filter.
  3. Copy the filter 22 times.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the list and try to select the last one.

Sometimes, the last two cannot be selected, if you have even more filters.

I reproduced it, and it is not necessary to use the rich text filter or exactly that number of them. Part of the problem is because there is a phantom horizontal scroll bar that is receiving the click at the bottom row. But even after addressing that, there is a problem I have not figured out.
A workaround is to add a filter and then remove it.
