Just started using Shotcut. Using 20.04.14 on Fedora 31; the Fedora supplied install through dnf.
Graphics card GeForce GTX 1060 6GB with driver 440.82.
The filters Text:HTML and Text: 3D are missing for me. (Text:Simple is present).
This build is not fully supported here.

Their build is missing WebVfx, which depends on QtWebKit, which is deprecated by Qt and maintained independently now.
Installing “your” version does indeed solve the problem!
