You might have to state your question in the form of a full sentence but if you’re asking if Shotcut supports key frames then the answer is yes. Search Youtube for shotcut keyframe and you’ll likely find a tutorial, or check out the “Tutorials” link up above. It includes a video about key frames.

There is no shortcut for this because they are not always tabbed. You can rearrange panels. The only way to do this is lookup the keyboard shortcut to toggle keyframes: Ctrl+7. If you press it one and it closes, press it again, and it opens as the active tab. Press it again, and it closes. That is probably your best bet.
