Support vaapi_hevc for Intel UHD 630 on Debian 11

Hello Everyone

A have on the board Intel(R) Core™ i3-8100 CPU @ 3.60GHz and Intel Corporation CoffeeLake-S GT2 [UHD Graphics 630]. I work on Debian 11 and when I use Shotcut v22 a have support for hardware encoder vaapi_hevc. But when I updated Shotcut to v23 end now to v24 support for vaapi_hecv does not work. Can you tell me why?
