Hello everyone and thanks for letting you ask this question. How can you make sure that when you cut a piece of a video, the cut piece doesn’t stick to the video again? I want it to dry a black area so that the track below can be seen. I imagine it would be possible but I can’t find how. Greetings and thanks for your help.
I’m not sure I understood exactly but I think you mean that when you cut (ctrl+X) a subclip there is no gap left there? If this is it, use Lift (shortcut “Z”) instead of cut.
