Stabilizing a cross-eyed stereo video

I am making stereo video using 2 Gopro sessions. Sample here: https://flic.kr/p/2iKcJFZ (this link not stabilized)

I want to stabilize the video but the result ends up causing the split for left and right to jump around, which is kind of unpleasant. If I stabilize each camera separately then I’ll probably never be able to get them matched up properly, unless maybe the stabilization would turn out exactly the same for each camera??? What would likely work is if I could stabilize one and then apply the same stabilization to the other without separately analyzing. Any way to do that?

These cameras are mounted side by side so that the shake of one should exactly match that of the other (to within one frame interval).

Thanks.

Do Stabilization Analysis for both. Then, exit Shotcut and copy file left.stab to right.stab.
