Speed up full video /multiple clips at once

How can I speed up all my clip at once? The full video should be played in a certain time.

That cannot be done yet.
Speed up the entire clip, then split it, or speed up each clip one at a time.

If the clips are coming from a lot of different sources, then a hack could be to export your project to a lossless file, start a new project with just the lossless file in it, speed that up, then export again to your final format.
