Been playing around with the new proxy file functionality. It’s a great addition to the workflow.
Thank you for your tutorial about Proxy,
My english is not as good to understand your explanations,
I have tried to reproduce what it is showed on video, I don’t know if I have done well, but it seem to work … for the moment !!!;
Any how I thank you for what you have done.
Cordially.
Nice one, Spectacular Bentacular!! A very useful and well done tutorial for those new to proxy file editing, clearly explained. Great stuff…
Thank you! Always appreciate it!
Thank you!
I would like to make a similar video in Spanish.
The problem… my voice is not suitable enough for a tutorial (for example I listen to the videos of @jonray and they transmit serenity and confidence, the opposite of my voice)
I think it’s important that people become aware of this breakthrough in Shotcut (proxy).
Thank you for this tutorial.
I’m sure you sound find. I actually hate the sound of my own voice
Bonjour ejmillan,
If you want to make a tutorial in Spanish language you may use TextAloud it is not expansif and very useful, I use it for my video you write in your language choose the voice and TexAloud translate or speak in your language what you have been writing.
A free alternative is Balabolka (Balabolka), or Windows own “narrator” utility (How to Use Windows Narrator to Convert Your Text to Speech - Make Tech Easier).
@Epsilon85 and @Elusien,
I appreciate the advice.
I don’t know TextAloud so I’ll look into it.
I do know balabolka because my first idea was to create some videos in English.
I quite liked this little (great) software. I especially liked the IBM Watson TTS online service for a voice in English.
But…, I think I would spend more time working on the voice than on the video tutorial, hahaha.
i need help too i use windows screen recorder wut should my codec be?
PLS REPLY SOON
Hello and thank you for this information, I did not know any of them.
I tried Balabolka, it seems interesting and Free, TextAloud is paid and the voices are numerous and expensive, the application is sophisticated and easy to implement and to take in hand.
Cordially.
I’m not sure what you are asking. Windows Screen Recorder saves the video as an MP4. Here is the “mediainfo” for one such file:
