Speed filter missing

Hi - i just started using shotcut and trying to freeze frame - i do not see Speed or Timeremap as a filter. im using the latest version of shotcut.

I dont even have Time as option.

please advise.

What is your Shotcut version?

The speed filter can only be applied to media files. It can not be applied to MLT files.
