SOLVED - Should I be concerned with this install of 12-23-15 message

Should I be concerned with this message which happens at
the end of the 12-23-15 install?

It does not seem to affect loading the program

What is your operating system?
Windows 10

What is your Shotcut version (see Help > About Shotcut)?

Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?
Only appears after install. Does not seem to affect program loading

Try deleting the software, and restarting. Then redownload it.

Try right clicking the installer and run as administrator

Thanks, that fixed the error.
Also I upgraded my OS to the latest version, just to be sure.
