Snap to a manual beat(with offset) or beat determined by a music track

  1. I enter bpm and offset in milliseconds, and it creates a snap grid that I can move and enlarge/reduce my clips to.

  2. I set an audio track as beat source and shotcut determines its beat(and different “chapters” ie when for instance it goes voice only, or more instruments play together, basically the analogy of a video scene change for audio) and it creates a snap grid that I can move and enlarge/reduce my clips to.
