Dear Shotcut,
I have tried to load the shotcut app in Ubuntu 26.04. I did this through the App Store and via terminal. The app icon appears. However, it does not open via the icon or terminal. Says app not found in bin directory. I have successfully loaded the flatpak version which appears to work well.
It works fine. I can launch from terminal or the app menu. Maybe you need to reboot or fix your setup.
Thank you, for checking. Updated the system, rebooted a couple of times. Then added some missing shared libraries - sudo apt install libopengl0

Ah yes, I had updated this page, which is linked from our download page a few weeks ago and had to put that lib on there. Unfortunately, it is not safe to bundle that lib.
