[Smartphone] 13 MP vs. 16 MP

Hi,

maybe someone can help me, because of the topic…
Currently I have a Samsung Rex-60, which has a 1,2 MP camera, and now I want to buy me a new smartphone (but older model), to record videos, shooting photos.
And there I can get either one with a 13 MP camera, or with 16 MP…
Is the difference truly important?

The bigger the better. But you have to look for the technical details on the manufacturer site.
By the way, Fps is also important.
