It’s right at the top. But this isn’t a “temporary” property. This property will change the length of the clip in the project/timeline.
For temporary slow playback in the player, what a lot of people do is rapidly (or slowly) tap the right arrow key. You can even hold the right arrow key and let “key repeat” on your computer step the frames slower than real time.
