My video has clips that last to long to play.
I tried to raise the speed but don’t like it very much. Now I am searching for a filter that skip’s some frames and then shows some and so on… Is there a filter like that ?
I don’t know how to make a better definition of the filter I am looking for, but it is some kind of tilt-shift without the blur -part.

Your English is enough fine, I can understand what you want, you could use the choppy filter in the filters menu and adjust the slider to find the best to your video.
“Choppy” is not something I would have guessed.
