Why is it when I zoom in the video starts lagging in the program or is just slowing down I don’t know.

Do you mean zoom in with the Size, Position Rotate filter?
If so, that filter puts a tremendous strain on the CPU.

Are you using Proxy?
Using Proxy is almost mandatory when editing with the Size Position Rotate filter, because of the demands on the CPU.

Yes i am talking about this. And I don’t know what proxy is. Do you mind telling me?

Your computer may not be fast enough to handle the filter so it struggles. You will need to edit in proxy mode.
