Shotcut will not export video

I know that a lot of people have asked for help with this, but my video wont export.
It always will try to export, but then my cursor will turn into the cursor with the spinning circle and it says it failed. I have parallel processing disabled.

Nothing I try to do works.

Please remember before replying: I am pressing the export file button, and I have parallel processing disabled. I already know some of the basic replies so please try to help me out a bit here.

Are you trying to export with AMF hardware encoding? Try unchecking the “Use hardware encoding” box on the export panel and try again.
