Após baixar meu shotcut tenta abrir e fecha.
Não aparece nenhuma mensagem de erro.
Já consegui utilizar normalmente, mas mesmo desinstalando e intalando novamente o problema persiste.
Possuo win 10
Processador AMD A8 9600 Radeon R7 10 cores 4c+6g 3,10 ghz
Ram: 16 gb
64x
REDE: Realtek PCI GBE
Vídeo: AMD Radeon R7
Directx: 12

Olá estou com o mesmo problema relatado acima, fiz todos os procedimentos citados, porem não abre, ele carrega um tempo, e depois fecha, outras vezes ele abre e uso normalmente e depois volta com o mesmo problema.
