Ubuntu 18.10 - Oversized icons / overlaps on UI? Help/How To

Went to do another bit of editing today, been about 4 days since I last did some. Launched and ended up with my UI looking like the attached image. Tried removing both .local and .config instances of Meltytech folders but still the same. Could Shotcut be reading a bad DPI setting somewhere from my system perhaps?
