Shotcut just open a white screen, what i do?

Hello, I installed Shotcut on my computer, but when I open the program a “Blank Screen” appears, how to solve this problem?

My computer is running Windows 7 and I use a GForce GTX960 video card.

Can you try launching Shotcut once more? Do you see the message Shotcut is not responding anywhere ?

If your computer runs on Windows 32-bit and you installed the latest version of Shotcut, maybe that’s the problem. Version 20.09.27 was the last to support 32-bit.
