I get these export fails when i try exporting in 1920/1080. my Cpu usage jumps up to 98%, gpu around 40%

When scaling down to 720p the usage is about 60%

My question, is there a way for me to still export in 1080p without a processor upgrade?

I have a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6 Core Processor with 16 gb Ram

Thx

Thank you for the answers. ive read through the forum, that why i asked if its about my cpu usage which spikes at 95% and then fails when doing 1080 p and is succesful at 720p with 60% usage.

The issues is rarely due to CPU utilization since the export can just go slower if the CPU is busy. It is usually caused by running out of memory. Try restarting the computer and run the export without opening any other applications.

Restarting made it fail at 40% instead of 30%. Taskmanager shows me a memory usage of 30% without going up until the Fail.

When opening Firefox to write this reply it failed again at 30%. I now tried the export onto my ssd and it went up to about 40% again

If your computer is not running out of memory, there may be something in your project causing the failure.

Consider these steps:

  1. Create a copy of your project using File->Save As and make a new name.
  2. Open the new file and remove one item at a time until the export succeeds. Maybe there is a filter applied around 30% of the project - start by removing something that is around the failure point.

Do not remove items from your original project. Only do this experiment on your copy of the project.

I did that but it didnt change the outcome.

I took the original Video file and tried to export it (file without cuts etc.) and it failed at around 35-40%

I then took another Video file, which is abiut 2 min long and tried to export it and it failed again at 40%

Somehow my Programm hangs itself at 40% xD

Edit: Reinstall didnt do anything. I Set the Frames from 60fps to 25 fps and i lasted unil about 45%

Edit2: I read alot in the Forums about diabling hardware encoder box. My was already disabled so i enabled it and now it works xD

Thanks for your time and the fast replies
