ShotCut crashes when I open a webm file. Any fixes for this?

Can you please share the application log after the crash occurs?

Also, what Shotcut version and operating system are you using?

WebM files that I create in Shotcut open in Shotcut fine for me. Where did you get yours? What made it? Can you share it?

Also a 4K AV1 WebM downloaded from YouTube a couple of years ago works for me.

I also did have problems using webm files loaded with ffmpeg on my own written applications.
It might be good to admit this error to ffmpeg, too.
ffmpeg does provide all these amazing count of codecs for Shotcut but sadly it is not known to be very reliable.
